This writ petition has been filed with the following orders:- "a) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent concerned to demarcate Petitioner land bearing plot No. 386M/2697.18 Sq.M situated in village Harun Nagla, Bareily in pursuance of the Revenue Team constituted vide order dated 28.11.2021 and the provision of Rule 22(13) of U.P. Revenue Codes Rules 2016 within stipulated period of time. b) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus. commanding and directing to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Bareilly to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 05.02.2025 which is still pending before him till date." It is contended that despite the order having been passed and a revenue team having been constituted, the provisions of Rule 22 (13) of U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016 has not been complied with. It is further contended that an application has been moved by the petitioner on 05.02.2025, which is pending consideration. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.5-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Bareilly to proceed with the application of the petitioner dated 05.02.2025 and take a final call on the said application, if there is no legal impediment, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
