The writ petition is being withdrawn although there are several disputed fact are involved in the petition including the manipulation of the official record. 3. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion regarding the entitlement of one and another person. 2. W.P.C No.353 of 2022 4. However, all the affected parties are at liberty to work out their remedies in accordance with law. The withdrawal of this writ petition will not affect in any manner, whatsoever, the right of one and other parties. 5. With the above observation and direction, the present interlocutory application is hereby, allowed and accordingly, disposed of. 6. In consequence thereof, present writ petition is hereby, disposed of as withdrawn. 7. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, pending interlocutory application, if any, also stands disposed of.
