Torum, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. S. Tapin, learned counsel for the sole respondent. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of an order dated 22.07.2024, passed by this Court in WP(C) 278(AP)2024. By the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners for regularization of their services due to the resultant vacancy within a period of 3(three) months. The learned counsel representing the sole respondent has produced a speaking order dated 12.11.2024, passed in pursuance of the aforesaid order, whereby the claim of the petitioners for regularization was rejected. A copy of the said order dated 12.11.2024 is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioners. Page No.# 3/3 In view of the above, the order dated 12.11.2024 stands complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. The petitioners shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if they have any grievance against the speaking order dated 12.11.2024.
