Basar, the learned Government Advocate, Arunachal Pradesh appears on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2. This is an application filed for impleadment of the opposite party Nos. 4 and 5 in the accompanying writ petition on the ground that pursuant to the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the Department of Law and Judicial of the State of Arunachal Pradesh, it had come to light that the said Departments would be necessary to be made parties for an effective adjudication of the instant proceedings. 3. Taking into account the above, this Court impleads opposite party Nos. 4 and 5 of the instant application to the accompanying writ petition as respondent Nos. 4 and 5. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7 (seven) days and on the basis thereof, the Registry of this Court shall make necessary correction in the cause title as well as update the same in the CIS.
