Late D. Adinarayana, and Devara Manohar (father name not known) and further investigate into the matter in the interest of justice and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 4th respondent to register a crime against the Dama Lakshmi and Devara Manohar pursuant to the representations, dt. 09.07.2025, 04.09.2025 and 24.09.2025 of the petitioner and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly respondent nos. 2,3 and 4 in not taking cognizance and register my complaint/report lodged and the representations, dated. 09.07.2025, 04.09.2025 and 24.09.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and in violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents particularly respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 to take cognizance of the complaint/report lodged by me and the representation dated. 09.07.2025, 04.09.2025 and 24.09.2025 and to register an F.I.R. against Dama Lakshmi, D/o. Late D. Adinarayana, and Devara Manohar (father name not known) and further investigate into the matter in the interest of justice and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri Thanjavuru Venkata Suman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that the police have not registered any crime on the complaint made by the petitioner, since, on enquiry, it is found that the subject matter is purely civil in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
