2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following relief(s):-
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the FIR No.0492/19 registered u/s 420, 34 of Indian Penal Code and further criminal proceedings against the petitioners at Police Station Telibandha, Raipur in the interest of justice.”
3. Learned Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charge-sheet has been filed and the charges have been framed, as such, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition to file afresh, if occasion arises.
