The present application has been moved on behalf of applicants Ikram and Ali seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.35 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 3(5) and SEction 351(2), 351(3), 352 of B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali, District Meerut, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that by the efflux of time, the accused-applicants have been arrested and prays that the present application may be dismissed as having become infructuous. 4.
