This first anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.264/2025 registered at Police Station – Purani Basti Raipur District - Raipur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 506, 34 of BNS and Section 4 of the C.G. Protection of Debtors Act, 1937. 2. Learned State Counsel has pointed out that, as per the bail rejection order dated 20.08.2025 passed by the trial Court, the same was not passed on merits but was dismissed on a technical ground, as the bail application filed before the trial Court was without an affidavit. 3. In view of the same, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. 4.
