CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE M A CHOWDHARY, JUDGE
ORDER (11.07.2025)
Neither there was any representation of behalf of the petitioner on the previous date of hearing nor today. It appears that the order sought to be enforced may have been implemented and this may be the reason petitioner has chosen not to come present in the Court, to prosecute the case. Be that as it may, the instant contempt petition is disposed of and the contempt proceedings are dropped, however, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival/restoration of the petition, in case, cause survives.
