This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....
a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in protecting the life and liberty of the petitioner the RTI activist in discharging his duties as RTI Activist to protect the Government properties and to

prevent corruption by following the Memo No 33086/RTIA/GPMandAR/2010-1 dated 30-09-2010 to implement the suggestions of Task force as per Circular No 24013/39/Misc./2013-CSR.III of Governmet of India/Bharath Sarkar Ministry of Home Affairs dated 14th June,2013 without considering the representation dated 27-01-2022 of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, unjust voilative of constitutional rights under Art 19,21 of constitution of India and against to the provisions of RTI by directing the 2nd respondent to take action against Respondents No 7 to 10 for the offence committed against the petitioner and consequently by directing the respondents No 4and5 to pay compensation to the petitioner by misusing their official powers caused mental agony to the petitioner.”

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police already registered a case on 22.01.2022 in Crime No.47 of 2022 against Respondent No.7 herein. It is further submitted that 15 Accused were arrested and later they obtained bail. The charge sheet is also filed in the Court. It is further submitted that, subsequently there is no issue raised by the Petitioner and the representation on which the Petitioner is relying, has not reached the Police Station. 3. Sri P.Srinivasulu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
