This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 13.11.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14696/2023. 2. Vide order dated 13.11.2024, the writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of with the operative part as under:- “In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction to the respondents and it is expected from the respondents to decide the representations/legal notice (pending, if any), expeditiously as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order” [2025:RJ-JP:39343] (3 of 3) [CCP-391/2025] 3. On perusal of the averments made in the contempt petition, the Court finds that the petitioner has no where said in the contempt petition that on what date he has submitted any representation/legal notice which has not been decided by the respondents. 5. Since the petitioner has not been able to show from the averments of the contempt petition whether any representation filed by the petitioner on a particular date has not been decided by the respondents and therefore, this contempt petition lacks material facts and the allegation of non-compliance of direction of the Court’s order. 6. In view of the averments made in the contempt petition, this Court is of opinion that no contempt is made out against the respondents. 7. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed.
