2. The relief sought in the Interim Application is to condone the delay of 80 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Application. The Applicant has complied with the Order dated 23rd April 2025 and deposited the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- before this Court. 3. Accordingly, although learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 strongly opposes the Interim Application, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application the same is allowed. Accordingly, the delay of 80 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Application is condoned.
4. The Interim Application is allowed in above terms with no order as to costs.
