Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate, Arunachal Pradesh, Page No.# 2/3 appearing for the appellants. None appears for the respondent. 2. The present appeal has been instituted by the appellants assailing the judgment and order dated 24.01.2024, passed by the learned Single Judge, in W.P. (C) No. 597(AP)/2023, directing the appellants to accept the resignation submitted by the respondent herein from his charge. 3. It is to be noted here that this court, vide order dated 27.02.2024, passed in I.A.(C) No. 35(AP)/2024, had stayed the effect and operation of the interim direction of the impugned judgment and order dated 24.01.2024, passed by the learned Single Judge, in W.P.(C) No. 597(AP)/2023. 4. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr. Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate, Arunachal Pradesh, appearing for the appellants has submitted that the respondent herein had rejoined his services by way of submitting his joining report, dated 28.05.2024. Mr. Tapin further submits that the said joining report of the respondent had also been accepted by the Government and vide order dated 27.08.2024, the Government had regularized his services by granting earn leave for the period which he was remained out of his services after submission of his application for resignation. 5. In view of the development taking place in the matter as noticed herein above the resignation application submitted by the respondent herein has spent its force and now, the same cannot be acted upon either by the respondent or by the appellants authorities. Further, the directions so passed by the learned Single Judge has also been rendered null and void. 6. Considering the fact that the respondent herein had already resumed his services, which would mean that he has given up his claim for acceptance of his application for resignation, we are of the considered view that the directions passed by the learned Single Judge would not be called upon to be implemented.
