...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring i) the inaction of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner herein and for not initiating the action against the illegal maintenance of shop at Ward No.17 and supplying the Alcohol in the J.K.Dhabha which is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and against to the norms of business and also against to the licence rules and ii) direct the respondents to take action against the complaints made by the petitioner dated 16-11-2015 and 16-01-2016 and to stop all the illegal activities made by respondent no.6 and consequently iii) direct the respondents to consider the complaints dated 16-11-2015 and 16-01-
