Present petition has been preferred with a prayer to direct the learned subordinate court/learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Bareilly to decide the Case No. 1336 of 2021 (Old Case No. 3665 of 2018) "Smt. Rehana Vs. Mohd. Anees and Others", under Sections 406, 504, 323, 506, 354 I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kila, District Bareilly, within stipulated period. 3. By bare perusal of the order sheet pertaining to aforesaid case, it is transpired that the matter has been posted over the next date in majority of the dates. No substantial order has been passed till date and the matter is pending since 2023. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, learned subordinate court/learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Bareilly is hereby directed to expedite the Case No. 1336 of 2021 (Old Case No. 3665 of 2018) "Smt. Rehana Vs. Mohd. Anees and Others", under Sections 406, 504, 323, 506, 354 I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kila, District Bareilly preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and without extended any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Both the parties are hereby directed to extend full cooperation to the concerned court for achieving the directions as made above. 5. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
