The instant Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to ensure the security of life and liberty of the petitioner and her family at the hands of respondent No.4. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for protection of her life and liberty petitioner has moved representation dated 24.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date. He submits that at this stage, petitioner would be satisfied, if the said representation is considered and decided by passing a speaking order in a time-bound frame. 3.
