None represented for the petitioner. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, would submit that they have received the representation of the petitioner and conducted preliminary enquiry. After due enquiry, it came to light that the matter is of civil in nature. Hence, the police have not registered any crime since the subject matter is of civil in nature. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law.
