The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. "Issue writ of mandamus or any direction to the respondent No.5 to consider the complaint as Annexure-A dated 14.08.2024, filed by the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50299 WP No. 16043 of 2025 petitioner No.2, as per the guidelines of Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs State of Uttara Pradesh. 2013 (8) supreme-1; b. To grant such other reliefs and deems fit under facts and circumstances of the case by allowing the Writ Petition, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The petitioner had once earlier approached this Court in W.P.No.3991/2025, which came to be disposed of vide order dated 17.03.2025, and on the basis of the very same complaint dated 14.08.2024, 28.08.2024 and 03.09.2024, had directed that the police protection be offered to the petitioner. 3. The petitioner is now before this Court on the very same complaints, contending that the complaints have not been registered. 4. When once earlier the petitioner had restricted the claim and the relief sought for, for police protection, the question of on the very same complaints, now a registration of FIR to be done cannot be considered since the co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50299 WP No. 16043 of 2025 considered the matter and restricted the claim of the petitioner to police protection.
