The appellant has filed this appeal praying for following prayer:- “It is therefore prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the appeal and set-aside the order dated 24.07.2025 (Annexure-A/1) passed by the Hon'ble Single Bench of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(S) No. 1354 of 2025 as well as directed to the respondent authorities to pay remaining 60 days of earned leave in the interest of justice.” 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to take recourse before the learned Single Judge. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
