With reference to the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that survey was conducted and encroachments are identified and the competent authority had issued notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act. After affording an opportunity, final notice under section 6 also came to be issued. 2. That being the factum, the authorities shall proceed further for removal of encroachments, if any identified, by following all further procedures as contemplated under law. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
