(Section 304 of I.P.C.), Police Station- Baraut, District- Baghpat as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 5.11.2024, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baghpat. After some arguments, learned Senior Counsel for the applicants wants to withdraw this application with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
