GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent police in involving in civil matters and threatened the petitioner to sell the petitioner daughters property to the 4th and 5th respondents for meagre price is as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent police not to interfere in civil matters and not to harassed the petitioner to sell the petitioner daughters property plot No.11, an extent of 402 sq. yards out of an extent of Ac.2-48 cents in survey No. 11/B in Koritepadu, Guntur Municipal Corporation Area, Guntur, Guntur District.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Sanaga Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, no further orders are required in this matter as the relief has become infructuous. 3. Sri P.Ajay Babu, leaned Assistant Public Prosecutor for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4.
