Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that out of the total emoluments due to the petitioner, an amount of Rs.78,791/- has been paid to the petitioner. He submits that respondents be directed to pay the balance emoluments in a single installment within a reasonable time. These proceedings are accordingly closed with the direction that balance payable to the petitioner shall now be paid in his favour definitely on or before 30.09.2026, be it in installments in lump-sum.
