Declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in considering the representation dated 20.12.2021 and not taking appropriate steps to restore the river bund including the pathway as illegal, arbitray, the present writ petition is filed.
Sri Burlu Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 20.12.2021 to the Tahsildar to remove the encroachment of the river bund, damage caused to the river bund by the 7th respondent causing obstruction to the ingress and egress to her
land. Non consideration of the said representation, filed the present writ petition. Now the authorities have removed the said encroachments, as such, there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to close the writ petition.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
