No. 19905 of 2024. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. Pending the contempt case, respondent No.3 passed a speaking order vide Rc.No.HR-II/2700425/2025, dated 06.02.2025. A perusal of the speaking order, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondents have not violated the order dated 11.09.2024, passed in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in W.P. No. 19905 of 2024. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforementioned speaking order, if aggrieved. No order as to costs.
