JUSTICE G BASAVARAJA ORAL ORDER The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 for grant of regular bail in C.C No.43797/2025 (Crime No.130/2025 registered by Srirampura Police Station, Bangalore). 2. On the basis of the complaint filed by Venkatesh.L, Srirampura Police have registered the case in Crime No.130/2025 against the accused Nos.1 to 3 for the offences punishable under Section 4, 25-1(B) (b) of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 3(5), 109(1), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. 3. The present petitioner is accused No.3. The allegation against the accused No.3 is that, accused No.1- - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54796 CRL.P No. 17412 of 2025 Roshan has assaulted the complainant with a chopper. It is the allegation against this accused is that he has abused the complainant in filthy language. The accused is not required for further investigation. Accused is in judicial custody for the past one month. 4. Considering the nature and gravity of offences and previous antecedents of this petitioner, I am of the opinion that it is just and proper to release the accused on bail. Hence, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER Petition is allowed, subject to following conditions: i) The petitioner/accused No.3 shall be released on bail upon executing self bond of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for like sum for the satisfaction of the trial Court. iii) The petitioner/accused No.3 shall not tamper and threaten the prosecution witnesses in any manner; - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54796 CRL.P No. 17412 of 2025 iv) The petitioner/accused No.3 shall not indulge in similar offence; v) If the petitioner violates any of the bail conditions, the complainant/concerned police are directed to file application for cancellation of bail.
