Learned State counsel has pointed out that as per the bail rejection order dated 20/08/2025 passed by the trial court goes to show that the same was not passed on merits as it was dismissed on the technical ground, as the bail application which was filed before the trial court was without an affidavit. 3. In view of the same, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed. 4.
