From perusal of the prayer as made in the writ petition, we are of the opinion that in case the petitioner is aggrieved with the sale deed dated 28.03.2011 executed by the Uttar Pradesh Rajya Chini Avam Ganna Vikas Nigam Limited & Elkon Sugar Mills Private Limited and Namrata Marketing Private Limited, the only remedy lies with the petitioner is to file civil suit. 3.
