By the present petition the petitioner is questioning the order dated 21.10.2024 passed by the SDO (Revenue) whereby the allotment of fair price shop to the petitioner has been suspended. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition the SDO (Revenue) by its order dated 19.12.2024 has recalled its order dated 21.10.2024 i.e. suspension order.
