Junior Civil Judge, Hindupur, Sri Sathya Sai District erstwhile Anantapur District and forcing to compromise the civil suit with defendant and also preventing me from doing daily works in the said property as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 21, 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent police not interfere in civil disputes of above mentioned petitioner's property and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the 4th respondent police not interfere in civil disputes of petitioner's property admeasuring East-west 82 feet, North-South 15 feet out of Ac.0.26 cents in Sy.No 77-8A situated with in Hindupur Municipality, Hindupur, Sri Sathya Sai District erstwhile Anantapur District in which Tin Sheeted existing which is subject matter of O.S.No.294 of 2023 on the file of Addl. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in interfering civil matter/land matter which is subject matter of O.S.No.294 of 2023 on the file of Addl. Junior Civil Judge, Hindupur, Sri Sathya Sai District erstwhile Anantapur District and forcing to compromise the civil suit with defendant and also preventing me from doing daily works in the said property as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 21, 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent police not interfere in civil disputes of above mentioned petitioner's property and pass…”
2. Heard P Narahari Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, it is a case of interference of police in the civil disputes.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the parties.
5. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
