The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- 10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/writs order/orders, direction/directions to the Respondent No. 2 i.e. the Chhattisgarh Secondary Education Board to act upon the representation made by the petitioner and further a direction be issued to rectify the error in the mark sheet of Class-Xth and reissue the same, in the interest of justice. 2 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order(s) or direction (s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience; 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but only the inaction of respondent authorities. The instant petition is being filed with a limited relief and the petitioner herein is only seeking direction to the respondent authorities, for deciding the representation pending before the respondent No. 2, wherein the petitioner’s prayer is only limited to fact that his mark sheet issued by the Chhattisgarh Secondary Education Board of 10th Standard contains a typographical error in the Date of Birth of the petitioner and the petitioner when applied for compassionate appointment after the demise of his Father Late Shri Siyaram, in the SECL, he was directed to get the DOB corrected in the Mark sheet, therefore, the instant petition is being filed before this Court. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending application, he is having no objection to the limited prayer and pending application dated 11.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) will be considered in accordance with law. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondent No. 2 to consider/decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-1) dated 11.08.2025 in 3 accordance with law/rules/regulations as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment. 7.
