Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent police are interfering with the petitioner’s personal liberty as well as the construction and repair works being undertaken in the subject property. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions would submit that the police are not interfering with the construction or repair activities of the petitioner’s property. 5. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent police are directed not to interfere with the construction activities in the petitioner’s 4 property except in accordance with due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
