Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue Writ or Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the respondent and consider the representation dated 08.10.2025 to rectify errors in survey no. 112-2 entered as 0.28 Cents instead of Ac.
1.9750 Cents and in survey number 109/4 an extent of Ac 0.49 cents instead of Ac 0.89 cents and in Survey Number 112/1 an extent of Ac 1.22 cents instead of Ac 0.66 cents of Madhavaram Village, Thallur Mandal, Prakasam District by modifying the wrong extent entered of land entered in revenue records while conducting resurvey under YSR JSB HBR/SVAMITVA Schemes as per section 6 of APPR Act, 1994 and as per GO MS No.367, PR and RD (Pts-1) department dated 28.08.1998 of Madhavaram Village, Thallur Mandal, Prakasam District is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and discriminative and violative of Article 14,21,300-A of Constitution of India and consequently to amend the record as per pattadar passbooks, 1-B already issued in my name and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 08.10.2025 to rectify the errors while conducting the resurvey under YSR JSB HBR/SVAMITVA Schemes as per section 6 of APPR Act, 1994 and as per GO MS No.367, PR and RD (Pts-1) department dated 28.08.1998 and consequently to direct the respondent to rectify the errors in resurvey by amend the entries in online record and consequently to include the total extent of petitioners property in online and to pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to pass urgent orders by directing the 2nd and 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 08.10.2025 to rectify errors in survey no.112-2 entered as 0.28 Cents instead of Ac.1.9750 Cents and in survey number 109/4 an extent of Ac 0.49 cents instead of Ac 0.89 cents and in Survey Number 112/1 an extent of Ac 1.22 cents instead of Ac 0.66 cents of Madhavaram Village, Thallur Mandal, Prakasam District and to pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Court made the following ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, by the Petitioner, for the following relief:
“to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation of petitioner dated 08.10.2025 to rectify errors in Sy.No.112-2 entered as Ac.0.28 cents instead of Ac.1.9750 cents, in Sy.No.109/4 entered as Ac.0.49 cents instead of Ac.0.89 cents and in Sy.No.112/1 entered as Ac.1.22 cents instead of Ac.0.66 cents of Madhavaram village, Thallur Mandal, Prakasam District by modifying the wrong entries in the revenue records while conducting resurvey under YSR JSB HBR/SVAMITVA Schemes as per Section 6 of APPR Act, 1994 as per G.O.Ms.No.367, PR and RD (Pts-1) department dated 28.08.1998 as illegal and arbitrary”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that there are certain errors in the revenue records and pattadar pass books. The petitioner made an application on 08.10.2025 for correction of the same. Despite receipt of the said application, the respondent authorities have not corrected the errors in the revenue records. 4. Reply to the said contentions, the learned Government Pleader has placed reliance on the memo issued by the Government of

Andhra Pradesh vide Memo No.3079128/LANDS.IV/2025, dated 22.12.2025, wherein several instructions have been issued to the authorities for correction of entries in the revenue records and the learned Government Pleader further submits that the authorities will consider the application made by the petitioner according to the above referred memo and will pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsels, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents, more particularly 4th respondent to consider the request made by the petitioner dated 08.10.2025 and the same may be dealt in accordance with the circular memo issued by the government dated 22.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications if any pending, shall stand closed.
