Umar Abdullah, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of M/s CKR Associates and Sri Shaik Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings, Transport and Labour 2. Sri Shaik Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings, Transport and Labour has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Principal Secretary, Finance. Copy of it is also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. The above Written Instruction would indicate that the Bills have been uploaded on the NIDHI Portal and the same is awaiting for Fund Clearance. 3. Having considered the Written Instructions, this Court is inclined to allow this Writ petition, at the admission stage, without going into merits, with a direction to the Respondent Authorities, including Respondent No.2 to complete the entire administrative process, both Inter-departmental and Intra- departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordinaton, within a period of sixteen weeks from today and transfer the amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the concerned authority within one week from today for effecting such transfer. 4. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 5.
