Devendra Kumar Patel, under Section 25 Arms Act, Police Station GRP Kanpur Central, District Kanpur Nagar, pending before the A.C.J. (S.D.)V, Kanpur Nagar to the court of competent jurisdiction at Allahabad. Learned counsel for applicant prays for transfer of the subject case from Kanpur Nagar to the court of competent jurisdiction at Allahabad on the sole ground that the applicant is not having permanent source of income, therefore, it is difficult for him to travel to Kanpur Nagar. During the course of hearing, it is not disputed by learned counsel for applicant that to maintain himself, the applicant is doing different jobs every day, therefore, the sole ground raised for transfer of the case is not a sufficient one.
