...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not conduct the investigation in FIR.No.608/2022 of Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada City and in not filing the charge sheet against the accused/respondents 6 and 7, though 5 months have been elapsed as illegal, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to complete the investigation in FIR.No.608 /2022 of Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada City and file charge sheet against the accused and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 3rd respondents to conduct investigation in FIR.No.608/ 2022 of Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada City by filing charge sheet against the accused, pending disposal of the writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not conduct the investigation in FIR.No.608/2022 of Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada City and in not filing the charge sheet against the accused/respondents 6 and 7, though 5 months have been elapsed as illegal, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to complete the investigation in FIR.No.608 /2022 of Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada City and file charge sheet against the accused and pass.…”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed in this matter. The police have filed final report before the learned III Additional District Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court for SC/ST Cases, Vijayawada, on 24.01.2023 vide C.F.No.184 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
