This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus to declare the delay and inaction on the part of the Respondents No.2 to 8 in initiating the criminal prosecution against the Respondents No.9 to 11 and others for committing the offences of damage to the public property and causing nuisance by draining out the water from the tank by way of damaging the tank bund with the help of JCB machine for purpose of thefting the fish as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to 8 to initiate the criminal prosecution against the Respondents No.9 to 11 and other for committing the offences of damage to the public property and causing nuisance by draining out the water in the interest of justice.”

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police have not received any complaint or representation from the Petitioner. 3. Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Recording the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to the Police, if so advised, and on filing such representation, the Police may take
