1. The present Cr.M.P. has been filed with the following prayer:-
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the FIR No. 731/2022 dated 11.10.2022 for offence u/s 306/34, 384 of IPC in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that in the present case though the FIR has been challenged by the petitioner, but the charge sheet has already been submitted; charges have been framed; and trial is in progress.
3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to the petitioner to cooperate with the trial.
