By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking directions to the Rent Tribunal, Jaipur Metropolitan-II to decide the Rent Eviction application within a period of two months or earliest. 2. Time limit could not be fixed by this Court as the eviction application has been submitted one and a half years back. 4. Considering the factual aspect of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with the expectation from the Rent Tribunal to make all possible endeavour to decide the eviction application expeditiously as early as possible in accordance with law. 5.
