JUSTICE UMESH M ADIGA ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo of withdrawal which reads as under: “The petitioner most respectfully submits that the parties have settled their disputes amicably in terms of mediation agreement dated 09.07.2025 and Joint Memo dated 10.07.2025 filed in Crl.Misc.No.11/2021, proceedings filed by respondent herein before Hon’ble Court of IV JMFC, Mysuru. The certified copy of relevant portion of order sheet in Crl.Misc.No.11/2021, certified copy of mediation agreement dated 09.07.2025 and Joint memo dated 10.07.2025 filed in Crl.Misc.No.11/2021 are herewith collectively produced as Annexure-A for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. It is further submitted that in terms of said agreement, the petitioner herein has undertaken to withdraw the instant petition. Hence this memo is filed and as such it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to dispose the above petition as withdrawn in view of the settlement, in the ends of justice and equity.” 2.
