The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate direction to call for the records Pertaining to Cr.No. 167/2023 U/s 498(A), 323, 306, R/w 34 IPC of Ajit Singh Nagar police Station is not altering the section of law in this case from 498(A), 323, 306, R/w 34 IPC to 302 and 201 of IPC as it is a gruesome murder of a bride killed by the respondents 6 to 8 as it is not altered is illegal, arbitrary and un-constitutional and it amounts to violation of articles 14, and 21 of the constitution of India.”
2. Heard Sri C.Harsha Vardhan Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, in the light of the observation made in the Post Mortem report of the deceased in Crime No.167 of 2023 on the file of A.S.Nagar Police Station, Vijayawada, it is not a case of suicide and it is a case of homicide.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that Respondent No.5 filed counter to the effect that the investigation is pending for want of final opinion from the Doctor, who conducted Post Mortem examination of the deceased. It is further submitted that the Doctor was transferred to Machilipatnam and the Investigating Officer has to examine the Doctor and obtained his opinion to finalize the investigation.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Investigating Officer relating to Crime No.167 of 2023 on the file of A.S.Nagar Police Station, Vijayawada is directed to look into the representation of the Petitioner, obtain the medical opinion regarding the Post

Mortem examination and conclude the investigation in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
