GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV AP The Court made the following: 3 Order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in conducting survey and demarcating his property in Sy. Nos.47/1 and 47/2 of Kadapa Mandal and Kadapa Municipality. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner initially was the possessor and enjoyer of land admeasuring Ac.0.88 cents in Sy. No.47/1 and land in an extent of Ac.1.26 cents in Sy. No.47/2. Thereafter, several sale deeds were executed in favour of third parties, and the petitioner, as on date, is retaining Ac.0.15 cents of land. The petitioner submitted an online application on 15.10.2025 and paid the requisite fee to the 3rd respondent for conducting the survey. It is submitted that the 3rd respondent has not conducted the survey so far. 3. Sri P. Vengal Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5, on written instructions, submits that the petitioner would have to submit a fresh online application to the 4th respondent and pay the requisite fee. The petitioner would also have to submit the title documents of the property for which the survey is now being sought to be conducted. It is further submitted that the petitioner would also have to submit copies of the title documents executed in favour of third parties transferring the title over the different extents of the total holding. Subject to the petitioner submitting the said documents, respondent Nos.4 and 5 would be able to conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries. 4 4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner to submit a fresh online application along with the relevant documents to the 4th respondent within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pay the requisite fee. The petitioner would also have to submit the title documents of the property and copies of the sale deeds executed in favour of various third parties in Sy. Nos.47/1 and 47/2 of Kadapa Mandal and Kadapa Municipality and the respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall complete the survey within a period of six (06) weeks thereafter.
