The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 483 of BNSS 2023 for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested on 28–5-2024 in connection with Crime No. 105 of 2024 registered at Police Station – Baramkela, District Sarangarh, Bilaigarh (CG) for alleged commission of offences under Sections 3363/34, 366/34, 376)3) of IPC and Sections 3 & 4(2) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2 2. Learned counsel, for the applicant would submit that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail petition with a prayer that a direction may be given to the trial court to expedite the trial. 3. Considering the fact that out of 23 witnesses, 12 witnesses, have already been examined and remaining 11 witnesses have to be examined and further considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 28-5-2024, it is directed that the trial Court shall expedite the trial. 4.
