ATCHUTUNI RAMA MOHAN RAO The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents, particularly the 3rd respondent at the instance of respondents 4 to 6 in repeatedly insisting the petitioners to appear before the 3rd respondent Police Station and insisting petitioners to vacate and deliver the petitioners' land admeasuring Ac. 1.23 cents covered by Sy.Nos. 178/C/A and 178/C/B/1 of Ankireddypalem Revenue Village in Guntur West Mandal of Guntur District to respondents 4 to 6, as illegal, irregular, irrational, arbitrary, without any authority or sanction of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with petitioners' possession over the said land nor in their personal liberty.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit the Police are not interfering with the Petitioners’ possession over the subject land. 3. Sri V.N.V.Surya Dattu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere with the Petitioners’ possession over the subject property and also in the civil disputes between the Petitioners and the unofficial Respondents, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
