Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation has furnished a copy of instructions of Executive Engineer, Godavari Eastern Division, Ramachandrapuram vide letter No.EE/GE.Divn./RCPM/CB/IC2/1227 M, dated 01.12.2025, wherein it is stated that an amount of Rs.22,93,339/- was paid to the petitioner on 30.03.2025, vide RBI0902544371636. 3. In view of the above instructions placed on record and the payment being already made to the petitioner on 30.03.2025, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
