Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of this writ petition simplicitor as the petitioners are said to be not interested in pressing the present writ petition. 02. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. 03. A copy of this order with respect to dismissal of the writ petition as withdrawn be sent to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Jammu to serve the purpose of notifying Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) as well as Building Operations Controlling Authority (BOCA), Jammu about the dismissal of the writ petition so filed by the petitioners so as to sound them that there is no legal intervention in the way of the respondents to carry forward with the operation of the impugned orders to logical end. 04. It is made clear that in case the petitioners would avail any statutory remedy against the impugned orders before the appropriate forum, then the period spent with respect to the pendency of the present writ petition shall not be read in favour of the petitioners in condoning the delay with respect to the statutory remedy as may come to be resorted to by the petitioners at their respective end.
