Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Beguniapada P.S. Case No.600 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2402 of 2025 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote on the grounds stated. 3. The marriage between the parties has taken place 13 years back. The allegation is in relation to the land sought to be registered in the name of the informant by her in-laws and the same has not taken place and when it was protested, the petitioner and others said to have abused and threatened her with dire consequences. Considering the above facts and since no other allegation is against the petitioner except the above and for the fact that informant was assured of registration of a land in her name but in-laws have failed to do so, this Court p. 2 recording the objection of the State, though, not inclined to grant pre-arrest, directs him to surrender before the court concerned for being released on bail upon furnishing a bail bond of Rs.30,000/-(rupees thirty thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote in connection with Beguniapada P.S. Case No.600 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2402 of 2025 with such other suitable conditions imposed by the court below as deemed necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case. 4.
