The accused entered appearance and filed compliance affidavit. 3. The affidavit of Sri.Kantharaju P.S., I.A.S., indicate that the parties to the proceedings were litigating before the Division Bench and thereafter, the Hon'ble - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52637-DB C.C.C. No.847/2023 Supreme Court and thereafter they have filed an application for extension of time. 4. Considering the afore-stated facts and taking note of the fact that the order of the learned Single Judge which has been upheld by the Division Bench has been complied by issuing appointment orders, which is annexed with the affidavit, we are of the considered view that the delay in compliance is required to be condoned. Accordingly, the same is condoned. The compliance affidavit is accepted. The contempt proceedings are dropped. Notice issued to the accused stands discharged.
