The petitioner has preferred present writ petition to quash the suspension order dated 15.02.2025 passed by the respondent no.3 and order dated 03.04.2025 passed by the respondent no.2 in Computerized Case No.C202501000000609 (Anil Kumar Vs. State of U.P.). By the aforesaid order petitioner was directed to submit his reply along-with the necessary evidence. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that order of suspension is bad in the eyes of law hence same is liable to be set aside. 3. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that till date no final decision has been taken in the matter hence present writ petition is totally premature. 4. At this point of time, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to submit reply before the respondent no.3 pursuant to the show cause notice dated 15.02.2025 and the respondent no.3 be directed to take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. With the consent of counsel for the parties, present writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. 7. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the petitioner to submit a reply to the show cause notice dated 15.02.2025 within three weeks from today. In case it is so the respondent no.3-District Supply Officer, Firozabad will take a decision in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within three months.
