GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Official respondent Police trying to Interfere into the Civil and Property Disputes in between the Petitioners as well as the Un-Official Respondents even though the Petitioners are in possession and enjoyment of the property having a right ,title , interest and possession Continuously interfering only at the instance of the Un-official respondents all are Illegal, Unlawful, violation of Police Standing Orders, Violation of Principles of natural justice. Violation of Article 14, 19, 21, 300-A of the Constitution of India, Consequently to direct the Respondent Police not to interfere into the Petitioners possession and enjoyment as well as the Property rights including Civil Disputes.” 2. Sri P.Narasimhulu, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that a direction may be given to the Police not to interfere with the civil disputes between the Petitioners and the unofficial Respondents. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioners and the unofficial Respondents. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioners and the unofficial Respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
